from the app
- open mahfah and go to your profile tab
- tap the settings icon (top right)
- scroll to the bottom and tap "delete account"
- confirm by typing your username
- your account and all data will be permanently deleted
what gets deleted
- your profile, photo, and username
- all claims you created
- all votes and judgments you made
- your aura score and badges
- all notifications
- your auth credentials
deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. claims submitted by other users about you will be anonymized but not deleted.
can't access the app?
if you can't log in or access the app, email us at nikita.akella13@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. include your username if you remember it. we'll delete your account within 48 hours.
data retention
after deletion, your data is purged from our database immediately. cached data in CDNs may take up to 72 hours to expire. we do not retain backups of deleted accounts.
